Q: Is there a minimum order quantity for all items?
A: For stocked items, there is no minimum order quantity. You may purchase from as low as 1 unit.
For Items not stocked in the store, it will specify in the Product description what that minimum order quantity is.

Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: This store is exactly the same as any other store you purchase from online. You simply select the product you are interested in, nominate the quantity you are after and add it to your cart. Once you have finished shopping you simply check out and follow the prompts for Delivery address and payment.

Q: How does the delivery process work?
A: Once you have checked out and paid for your purchases, the order comes into our Inbox. If your purchase is a stocked item, allow for up to 72hours for your items to be despatched.

Q: How does the payment process work?
A: Payment via credit card is required at checkout.

Q: How long will it take for a product to arrive after I place an order?
A: If the item is in stock, allow up to a week for the item to be picked, packed and delivered.
If the product is not a stocked item, it will specify in the Product description what the Expected delivery time frame is.

Q: I made a mistake on my order, who should I contact?

Q: Can I get items delivered to different addresses?
A: You can only nominate 1 delivery address on shopify, however, if you have a special request, please feel free to contact Arty Tresidder on either: arty@seenpromos.com.au or Mob: 04072 31 186 for a solution.

Q: Can I track my order so I know when it will arrive?
A: Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be e-mailed with tracking details so you can keep a track on where your order is.

Q: There is an existing item that isn’t available, what should I do?
